I'm not sure if it's a bug but the lock dc on the chest in the kobold cave in Rivermoot seems disproportionately high

I just logged in to TSM and have found that my PC has been replaced with a much older version - this means that much equipment and xp is missing (lost a level +). Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone know if it can be fixed without a great deal of effort?

Took the third courier static from the Vault of Sages to High Hold, but on speaking with Steel upon completion of the deliver, no token was generated in the chest beside him to take back to SM.
