After breif discussion on the subject of OOC rooms for the OAS2, namely an RP 101 classroom, a hall of dieties, hall of races, library of servers...
The thought popped into my head about our live servers. Do we have plans for OOC rooms like a library, server specific, for a starting area? would we want to include a Hall of the Gods OOC room for each server, server specific, detailing the Gods worshipping sites on that server and the past effects of said religions? In other words, what are our plans for newly made characters, will we be thrusting then directly IC, or will we have an OOC space upon character creation where one can learn a few things about the history of the place, what we've included in the server, ect?
We thought process leading to, if Live servers want a place like this, I can probably cut out some of the stuff I am making for the OAS2 that would not be applicable for a live server (such as the RP 101 classroom) and put up a generic OOC place that everyone can dled and then fill in their specific server info.
Just a thought...

I plan to incorporate a canon library in the live starting area of teh Moonsea once I have a few starting locations built. This will be so people can read up a little on their chosen starting location. There will also be a racial specific section and a dieties section.

The NC starting area has the three blue dragons giving new players information about the server. Something like this or a library or just about anything that serves the same purpuse would be great.
