I think we should make paladin not a class to start with.

You should have to work to it as a fighter or cleric or combo and prove yourself worthy.

Seeing it's considered by many to be a more lofty and diety linked class than either cleric or divine champion.

*shrugs* a thought anyways.

I'd like to play a raging chaotic paladin of Uthgar in NWN2! :D *sighs and wishes the rules were different*
playing Nathaniel Ward - Paladin of the Morninglord and devout of Torm (cookie cutter and proud of it)

Paladin is a starting class. has been for years now. if we are trying to be close to PnP, leave it alone.

paladin makes more sense than starting out as a wizard.

if my background can dictate that i spent 8 years learning the intricate working of the multiverse, then i think it can dictate a complete and loyal faith to my deity and becoming a knight for his/her church.
