Silver Marches/Savage Frontier Proposal

Now that I am more sure of the hardware requirements and what NWN2 will actually be, going ahead with the Silvy area proposal. I will have more shortly.

We should get a nice feel for what kind of bandwidth Optimum Online is really giving me once the present TSM server moves into my basement. The Shadovar war will be pretty demanding. Hopefully server and ISP will be up to snuff.

Should my team get the Dalelands, we would also exchange scripts between the two teams.
