Broken Feat: Expert Tactitian

Expert Tactician (General Feat)
Requirements: Dex 13, BAB +2
Benefit: When you successfully hit an opponent with an attack of opportunity, you and all allies gain +2 to hit and damage against that opponent for one round.
Problem: This feat does not work.
Taking this feat, you gain no benefits (nor do your allies) for making the AoO. It is documented in a few places (most notably, the nwn2 wiki) as being non-functional. I was curious if this feat could be fixed to work, or if not, disabled from feat selection in ALFA to make sure that no one picks up a useless feat thinking otherwise.

There are a lot of feats and spells that do not work at all or at least not "as advertised". Given that NWN2 is unlikely to ever get more patches we may want to make a database of them.
