We again had the 9pm bandwidth clampdown, so the module crashed and was kept off-line as there was a mere 1kB/s upload speed. Apparently, it hasn't been put back up yet.

Seems fairly consistent, the speed drops out at 7 PM local time, and comes back about 7 AM local time. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and now Wednesday nights for this. Cable modem replacement failed to resolve the issue, and a testing on the line by a technician who visited the site found nothing wrong (of course, they only offer appointments during working hours...)

Tonight we chose to take the server down about 45 min before the predicted problem-time, which most likely means no corrupted .bic files at least. I'm on hold with the ISP yet again to report the continuing issues; but until it is resolved, TSM won't be much good for players during US evenings.

Day 4 of the 12h on / 12h off routine. Upload bandwidth returned about 6:45 AM this morning, server was put back up. Expect it to be taken down by 6:30 PM tonight to be safe.

Tonight the server connection seems to be holding well. The bad news is that the service tech didn't show up during the scheduled time slot. Server going up for now.

Back down, seems the quality degradation is moving away from its predictable 7 PM - 7 AM schedule. Whether this bodes ill or well, I do not know. But, the server is down for now, don't expect it back sooner than 6-7 hours from now at the earliest.

Connection speed back to normal as of 7 AM eastern time. TSM is up, likely for another 10 hours or so until the problem hours start up again.

Server upload connection lasted until midnight or so, but then crapped out. Took the server down, will try again tomorrow AM (7 hours or so from this post).

TSM is back up. Oddly, the connection problems seemed to resolve themselves in an hour last night, so it's actually been up for quite some time now. Hopefully conditions will continue to improve.

As far as I can tell, we did not experience the loss of upload bandwidth last night (first time in 7 days). Fingers crossed for this pattern holding.
