Error downloading updates

"gwynneth pp33 kingsbay town ext.trx was downloaded successfully, but it can't be verified"
I see the lzma file in the MS module folder, but it's not getting converted into trx format (which I believe is what needs to happen).
Tried deleting the lzma file and redownloading, same results.
