The Player "Havok Fyrebrand" is having some issues, I'll provide his query if someone could help?

[Havok] Havok Fyrebrand: [DM] I applied to join alfa today. I got an email with a login and password. A few hours later I got an email saying my application was approved but my Alfa login wont work. So i cant log in to get server password information. I also tried to link my account to forum as per the popup box. But it says access is denied.

I've just PM'd Hialmar based on the other thread. The player was able to make a forum post?
