Sorry for conflating the "fire problem" with the "rat problem" .... I got us off the rails a bit.

Awesome gaming this weekend! I pushed one final update and changed a few of the ways the statics function. I'm going to revert back to more toolset time now, however there is a lot of static content available! The rat hills now have a bit more progression to them, and there is even a boss now that has some loot you can claim! Don't even need a DM, just a hearty band of adventurers

I'll still be DMing, but will be focusing on toolset for a bit

Done that - doesn't mean they are /working/. Talk to the patrols about work in Virgin's Square, then go sit on the stool and wait for him....

So rat tail quest is obviously live. Did a lot of rebalancing. There are more rats further in now and difficulty of potential spawns ramps up.
Also looked at the fire quest in the mage guild, I didn't do much adjustment there as it is pretty low risk. I did however add a lot more fires in the rat hills, perhaps with an escort it will be safe for low level mages...
Also tweaked the thug quest. It should now give you a watered down CLW (damn stingy watch!) and more XP. (someone please test this one)

Haven't added Blazidon back in yet
Nerfed goblins a little, however if one is in full armor duel wielding that should probably be a sign to you. Ultimately I want to set groups of goblins to patrol in the sewers but haven't done that yet. (anyone remember who wants the goblin ears?)
Other statics still "work" but I haven't checked them yet. Heard the reward for evermeade ain't worth the cost.

My primary focus for building will be dungeons however (would love to bring back Chip's undead dungeon, somewhere along the way it got removed). I mean, the two major requirements for this game are 1) Dungeons, 2) Dragons. I intend to have both.
