How Many Times Can You Do It?

With a single PC? If you're PC is a drow, I hear it's a lot.
But, on a tangent, how many times has a single PC of yours been rezzed (non-technical death) before final death or retirement? Vote with the PC of yours who had the mostest...estest.. est?
Just curious how the numbers are really looking. It's an anonymous poll, so... poll away (but don't pull away because then we won't hear your answer and we'd miss you).
Also, what's the most common form of getting a rezz? Scripted NPC or a DM possessed NPC
Thanks!
Kat

Arlox Ironstalker was my only character to get a raise.

My only PCs to get raised happened to be twins.
Dramie Hildspear, with 3 raises(in 4 days) and then retirement. All 3 from PC priests.
Trina Hildspear, 2 raises and retirement. First scripted, second DM NPC.

Been brought back from the dead twice before. Both times with different characters and both times via a DM.

1 PC 1 rezz and that's it. 2 tech rezzes but those don't count.
Rorik Swifthammer
First real char in ALFA created on TFN shortly after the Quake.
Picked a fight with some winter wolves and died to excessive cold breath dmg.
Muse talked me out of taking a break and breathed life back into my dorf.
He died a month or two later in the sewers of Arabel with this guy Sulak Crominir. I hear the player is now killing PCs as a DM somewhere in ALFA.
He died courageously as he charged a bandit chief and his pet mage. A crit and flame spell later he was one seriously barbequed dorf.
Oh, and I was expecting a different question going by the title of the thread!

Depends on another factor, too: Historical Rez's. Did you principle PC have a life prior to ALFA?
Millia did, on The Vast, where there, she died once, to a bugbear shaman's Lightning Bolt (the source of her scar and subsiquent fear of electricity. Remember that, Ish?

)
now, here on ALFA, Millia has died once, to orcs in DF while on patrol.
numberous near misses, many many near misses in fact.
One, Two Historically in Millia's 'Lifetime'...

That's
Cromanir punk. Get it right.
Daramir got one IC raise at 7th level. (due to a lag death i might add, with a witness, but was not reversed).
The uber-drow death was reversed.
The uber-ghei assassination attempt and subsequent death in his jail cell was also reversed.
Not bad in 20 months for a mostly soloing, charging, half mad Tempite beserker if i do say so meeself.... he should be dust but i always miss most of the good fights due to timezone playing time difficulties...

I've only had PCs raised for technical reasons, and likely none of my PCs would want a raise anyway.

wtf do you care?
*changes out the 'i' for an 'a'*
*looks around with a thoughtful expression*
What shall I ever do with this 'i' now?
*sticks the letter 'i' up Galadork's....*

Brand Amraphin, Paladin of Lathander, was offered a raise, but denied.
Hrafn Black Lion, was denied access to the warlords halls and was sent
back to Faerun once since his story was not yet fully written down.
Damiel Dunbarr got tech rezzed a few times by Dauphin, but when he
finally died, he sure stayed dead.
Axel Greymantle recieved a rez after being DM-killed o that I could join
a DM event where I was too high lvl to join in...

Most of my other hundred or so characters was never offered any raises
when they died.

The three that voted for more than 9 raises I find ESPECIALLY disturbing.
Besides that, the numbers are better than I might have hoped.
