Lesser Restoration (cleric 2 / druid 2 / paladin 1) cures fatigue.
I don't know of a complete list, but this is a good place to start figuring it all out.

You have to look really closely at spell descriptions I guess.
Lesser Restoration for instance has effects on Exhaustion (downgrades it to Fatigue) & Fatigue (if only fatigued, it's eliminated, as opposed to 8 hours suggested rest).

I'm not seeing any spell that mentions getting rid of the "Nauseated" condition other than "Heal." I am just using a d20 webpage though and its search engine, which is pretty good, i.e., see this condition index:
http://www.d20srd.org/indexes/conditions.htm
And try searches for various words in the top right search box.
EDIT Hollyfant beat me to it, heheh.
