A Land Far Away

I crashed halfway through the process, now the process starts me at the re-level to level two, but after I finish, I just return to the start unable to do anything, and the 2nd level has failed to take. It seems after trying again that I am re-leveling into an incorrect second class. I was a wizard, illusionist specialist with a cat before on my second level and it's what I am trying to use now. This is BG I'm retooling on, and my pc is just over second level.
