Baldur's Gate "Enhanced Edition"

Heard about this a week or two back, thought it might interest some ALFA folk:
Overhaul Games, comprised of ex-BioWare members, is handling the port of "Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition." Its website states: "For years we've wanted to continue our journey on Baldur's Gate, and now after months negotiations we get to do just that."

There are even whispers and rumors about a third chapter in the series depending on how the enhanced versions of BG and BG 2 are received.

Topic on the subject.

Yeah it sounds good :D Hints of there being additional chapters at the end of BG1 too... which is good, my hope is it'll be the events that happen between BG1 and BG2.

also, in the IPad screens you can see an image of candlekeep in a storm, my guess is that'll be a chapter screen, either Prologue or Chapter 5.

When I asked Trent on Twitter about monsters (such as orcs and goblins) that appeared in other IE games he confirmed that some of them will be appearing in BG:EE

Orcs and goblins already appear in BG2; it'd be fun to see them in BG1 (although there are mods that add them to bg1 out there).

Though you gotta love the bg1 hobgoblins... "You be quiet!" "Manure mouth!" "Forward march!" etc.

I like the half-elf's roundish face and small boobs. Its a nice change from the curves given to elfs by most fantasy artists.

I think you're confusing "small boobs" with "big boobs under a stiff overbust corset"
