We are indeed! I'l be travelling again but I'm pretty sure I'll have some sort of wifi that will work.
There's a place I like to hide
A doorway that I run through in the night
Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize and you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind

One consideration is to debrief Ai to see if they are kept in a pen of some sort. If so, we can send in sneaks and light armor folk in that direction to tackle the rust monsters. (Potentially using some kind of additional acid/flame items or bomb while under elemental to protect themselves from collateral damage)
Toliv plans to direct powerful summons immediately in front of rust monsters, and then concentrate all ranged fire on Rust Monsters until they're gone.
Excellent. That should give the Goblin Slave Driver time to concentrate on you. :) He'll have to start clearing space in his cells to fit you all!

Ai may or may not be in, depending on what PCs are there, for IC reasons of course. Let's hope it's not like an evening ago where everyone left Ai on the surface crying helplessly.

I don't know, some folk would get RP XP for leaving the girl crying in the street.

Honestly, if folks are true to their story and their RP, not every PC would be willing to participate or be included in every outing, even if it is a DMed event. It makes perfect IC sense that Ai would not return to the sewers so soon. If she has developed an attachment to her rescuers and she doesn't want them to go below either, then her staying behind with her tears of concern also makes IC sense.

Additionally, I should also point out that I think abstaining from DMed events for IC reasons (and not b/c you have to log out to go to a movie or whatever) should be worth some RP XP. Of course, that is all up to the DMs!

Yea!!!

I don't know what happened, but seems to me, one could also RP just as easily instead of /not/ going back to the sewers from fear of it one could also take the other stance of actually wanting to go back down to get revenge on the filthy little gobbos for what they did! :)

Holy crow's nest, I opened up a can of worms by accident.

The event in question was good - it was IC, it felt like the write call to make and the DM at the end did reward me with XP, so it's not like I was complaining about it! It just feels good and feels bad at the same time to have to make that IC call as to whether or not my PC would realistically go into something. No one likes missing an event, but I'm trying to play this character as best I can in my own eyes.

No one worry! Since not all of you use Discord I can't openly pester you in one-line sentence, so it's harder to get my comments in!

yes sounds good........ Bu missed so many DM'd adventures on NWN2. If it did not suit him to go, he sat out - and that happened a lot. I got most flack from other players since they wanted him along to heal/tank, etc. But if it made no sense, he wasn't going. And I never got any XP for missing the session. Lucky you! :)

I took this more as: "Are you really sure you want to do that?" sort of response :-)

The frequency you all hit the sewers, is there any doubt we're not going?

Just glad my dungeon design is being enjoyed. :)

I'll have more interesting crawling locations in 4.0. Might add some more small ones before then.

Unless I'm playing a Goblin (or maybe Kobold) no PC of mine is going to enjoy the sewers. It's preferable to starving to death is all. Kree seems to enjoy them well enough ;)
