I think the area's we've been talking about are ...

New York City
Upstate New York
New Jersey (somewhere)
Boston
Quebec (?)

Well, some of those places have been booted and others added so if anyone else has any ideas, please feel free to post!

So far, between 3 people, we have narrowed it to Boston, early August...
For me, that'd mean either the week-end of 4-5th or 11-12th.
I've never been there, so I don't know where we could meet. So that's what I'll be planning for, unless no one else wants/can show up.

There's still some time for discussion, but if we're going to do this, I think we have to set the date and place very soon.

Hmm...those weekends bracket our annual camping trip. I'm not sure when we're leaving for it yet though, so set a date and we'll manuver the trip if we can manage it.

If its Boston, I can definitely suggest a few areas since that is where I grew up.

I'm very flexible with times in August at the moment so pick a date. As long as we plan early, we should hopefully give everyone enough time to plan, or at least let us change the date without too much hassle!

I can't do Boston or anywhere in August. Band camp...

I can do somewhere in the DC area in September, but I'm kind of limited due to the somewhat over neurotic nature of my parents and protecting their first born son from harm.

I play teh saxaphonez. I'm currently overall sax section leader for our band, roughly a section of 8 people. I play a mean jazz funk solo when I am called to duty.
