I agree, it was incredible.
I love how, compared to previous batman movies, it is MUCH darker. I think the batman series should have always been this dark. The Joker was exactly how I always thought he should be. I honestly hope he does win an oscar.
And not to spoil anything for anyone, but if the ending of the movie is suggesting what I think it is about a certain someone I am somewhat disappointed. :/

Fantastic movie, i was concerned about how Heath Ledger would go as the Joker, but he absolutely nailed the part and made it his own.
As a whole a very dark movie. Darker than Batman Begins. Christian Bale has done a terrific job making batman into a very mortal, flawed super hero.
