BTW, what is the policy on the number of PCs one can have with regard to other beta servers? Do we use our TSM/live PC, or create another one for these beta runs?

The beta servers are on a separate character vault (or vaults), which have no continuity with the main "Live" persistent world. As such, you can make any number of Beta testing PCs without having to retire your single Live PC. For the beta servers, the focus is on testing, which is aided by the flexibility of multiple PCs.

TSM (and other servers that go "Live") will remain one-PC areas, of course. When a beta server goes "Live", it gets cleared out and connected to the same character vault as TSM.
