7. The SAS are trained not to look at people whose throats they are about to slit.

It is speculation, without even an iota of evidence to substantiate the notions presented. I deal with this type of stuff all the time in my investigations, and really... who cares? People make money selling books and performing seminars, so why can it not be reasonable to deduce that there is personal agenda associated with such "presentations?"
