when changing to the new toolset version, have a look overhere before starting downloading everything again:

I can easily update the versions of all the plugins..

not really difficult at all.. still need to download if they release an update in functionality though.

oh and that (is it yours??) application doesnt work like its supposed to. I've been trying it for awhile.

All that happens to me is I have to change the config file supplied with it if I want to use the new version of the toolset and it will not my plugins work regardless.

You can always PM me if you urgently need a plug-in update.

yes it was mine
but it is intended to skip the download of all the plugins when a new version of the toolset is released. (you have to change the version in the config file)
That's all it is supposed to do.

And yes, you are right you need to download the plugin when new functionality is added.
