That's a great idea. Right now it's just different for day/night, but that'll now change with my next upload. I think a few more percentage points in the Pass is warranted. Everybody thank Asteroid!

Have not had the chance to log in since we went to 1.23 but have a quick question on the travel map based on the explanation.

Am I correct that if you walk the travel map stealthed you will not have a chance for a ramdom encounter OR is it that you will not have an encounter with another party of players who happen to be on the road?

I believe the following are true:
1) if you're stealthed you're given the chance to avoid the random encounter, but you'll still have a chance to wind up with one in the first place.
2) again, being stealthed will cause the other party's members to make spot/listen/survival rolls in order to be able to detect you (which will cause a drop out to an encounter area if they succeed) and vice versa should they be stealthed and you're the one searching.

Oh, and since I'm sure you're reading this, THANKS, ASSTEROIDX!

1) There is currently no reduction in percentage of NPC encounters for being stealthed, but there will be, as soon as I figure out how to insert yet another conditional into the script; (Edit: I forgot to add, though, that as soon as you trigger an encounter, your party is frozen in place and uncommandable until after arriving in the encounter area. If any given party member is already stealthed on the road, they land stealthed. Once in the encounter area, the monster's normal spot /listen rolls vs. your hide/move silently kick in, so stealthed PCs have a better chance of not getting sniffed out as the monster roams around the encounter area. And they do roam.)

2) BH is correct. Stealthing DOES affect encounters with other PC parties.

Because of the distances you can cover on the map in the time Invisibility lasts, there are no provisions for the use of Invisibility.

Oh, yeah. If you trigger the very small encounter percentage, there's a 1% chance that it will then roll you a dragon. Dan defies the odds.

BTW, they're not all silvers.

Are actually still there. I used as much of them as I could as the encounter areas. Get in game and have a look!
