IC:
Elenaril Dealing with his friends all vanishing right at the start of the year and subsequentally nearly being retired.
Creating something of an enemy in Persephone due to complete missunderstandings
Falling from his good alignment toward neutral for events in game (only one to get that as It was requested)
Having Elenaril aid a bunch of pretty much evils on MS in an attack on an underwater temple... as Dergon said, crazy and a lot of fun.
Finding himself on the edge of a path he'd not have come back from, realising who and what he needed to be and fighting to get there, both literally and metaphorically.
Returning to the marches to find it had changed in the time he'd been gone, new heroes and old ones about.
Aiming to rectify the damage done to diplomacy between elves and dwarves in the previous year.
Becoming a well known member of the Elven community.
Making new friends, one of whom is now what Elenaril considers a brother. (also rectifying negative relations with Persephone, that was actually)
Giving up a powerful magical sword to bring back a fallen elf - part of a viewpoint that will just keep growing - every elf is deserving of being saved.
Questing for months to gather materials then working for nearly another month along side two other characters to forge what is to be something of an Elven artifact eventually (hopefully)
Knitting together two groups of friends, one from his past and one from his present into the group he'll take into the underdark.
Begining the fateful journey into the underdark - Standing toe to toe with three Frost Giants in the first session (while all his allies had ranged weapons) and managing to stay alive till the last one tripple criticalled him
Surviving the journey through the depths, learning that issues the dwarves thought resolved were infact far from it. Doing what he can to see that help is given.
Battling all manner of beasties and somehow surviving
Finally getting to the point where a PRC I both IC and OOC worked toward for 2 years.
OOC:
Surviving.... seriously, as Ithildur said, with such crap hp, all it takes is one or two lucky hits and he's down. Here's to friends!
Again, the PRC, a really big deal both IC and OOC
Making a lot of new friends, some of whom I actually had probably had someone negative interactions with in previous years - Really great!
Realising the impact a character I made had on even one or two PCs, even if he's too dense at times to realise it himself.
