Re: New weekly global* campaign starting in October
Um, nothing against Rumple, but how do dwarf players rp not trying to kill an orc on the spot?

Haha. This'll end up like 9/10 other groups with everyone hating each other and the group dissolving.

I err on the side of under-powered.
I was hoping heero was going to play a drow, then the dorfs and orc could bond as they feed the drow his feet.

I see you have more experience than me at these intra-species politics! Maybe we _will_ form an unholy alliance against the greater evil.
Seems like the party overpopulation is going to be resolved pretty fast.

Re: New weekly global* campaign starting in October
Well, this is either going to be very interesting, or very ludicrous.
Unfortunately I brought Aglaril to MS today so I probably won't be able to participate with an alt at this stage. There's been talk of campaign only PCs getting special permission or whatnot but I don't really have expectations of special privileges being guaranteed, and it's already a big crowd as is... so looks like I'm going to have to bow out, although perhaps I can join in a bit later once the ranks have been thinned out

Re: New weekly global* campaign starting in October
I will play a female drow with ample blossom, thin waist, and ideal childbearing hips as this will invariably steer the rp to more favorwble results as undoubtedly the possibility of erp and drown cyber leads to more favorable rp in lieu of hostilities. Its just how it goes. Shell be a lesbian, of course, but so long as damsel in distress is played the rp will still go as I predict even with all the male Pcs.
But you're right...playing a male drown would be akin to Pc sepuku.

Re: New weekly global* campaign starting in October
I see the initial post is starting to be edited to note characters a bit, I see ??? still down for me and others.
I'm still undecided, I don't like doing "same things twice' but I also see weaknesses in terms of scouting, face, and I suppose there are two healer-capable sorts, but at low levels, you burn through your few heals pretty quick with a big party. Hmm. Oh well will keep watching / thinking.

I'm playing a ranger with scouting ability.

I am sure if you play lesbian female drow with ample bosom there will be plenty more 'batin'.Heero wrote:Ps I bate technology sonplease ignore all the typing on touchdcreen mistakes.

My dorf shall promptly kill Rumple's orc and Heero's drow. With one swing of his axe. Which is as it should be.

As long as I get a reminder on when this starts, i'll be there. I don't care if I have to set the alarm or stack up on energy drinks.
pragmatic (adj.)
The opposite of idealistic is pragmatic, a word that describes a philosophy of "doing what works best."
From Greek pragma "deed," the word has historically described philosophers and politicians who were
concerned more with real-world application of ideas than with abstract notions. A pragmatic person
is sensible, grounded, and practical.
