When shall we Start?

I can't do much until October, but its looking like I might as well start this thing and just wrap up my current SE plot as I can. So I'll hesitantly say I could start Oct 6, though I might be busy that weekend depending on how some business turns out the week before. So I could probably do Oct 6 or 13. We need as many people available for the first session as possible, so I'll do another When Is Good poll for it.

So...Drake could in theory show up at this auction and buy the whole gang?

What a neat sounding start. Is the idea then "start penniless, snatched from far shores, captured at sea etc.?" If so, I won't even bother with starting gear. Nor any "wow, in your escape you find all your gear!!!" expectations. (Not going to buy a pchest pre session either and be a slave with a bank account around the corner ha ha).
