Tags and Resrefs Getting Dropped

Hi All,
I've been maijng armour for the basemod. Several times I've started this job, and when I've re-opened the module, the armours I've made have dropped their tags and resrefs.

Any Ideas. It's very discouraging doing the work and then having to do it again. I'm really time pressed as it is and it's making me want to chuck it in.

Please help.

What were the tags/resrefs?
