Samuel buys a few rounds of drinks in the Blade and Stars. He mentions a group from Ruqel came to the citadel asking to discuss more involvement from the Red Knights with regional affairs. He was happy to be there and mentions the Citadel will become more active very soon.

Tavern talk at this point. I'd like to wrap up discussion from the previous session before any formal letters/requests are sent out. This Saturday should see all that resolved and then will start mass recruiting (I hope).
