Enchanting MW gear

Hellu, it's been almost 6 years that I could enchant my own gear. My current 2nd PC, is no enchanter, so to get something enchanted must this process be done through another PC who has crafting/enchanting Feats? or do I just contact DMs, etc?

Cheers

You would either need to find a PC who can ICly enchant your stuff OR a NPC that can ICly enchant your stuff

and Pay the appropriate prices

either way it takes a DM to help with it

Enhance, you heathens! Gear cannot be enchanted, it's impervious to attacks on the mind. :not:

Maybe it's an intelligent item.

Once anything becomes sentient, it's a "creature" insofar as the rules are concerned, and thus a potential target for Charm or Dominate Monster.

Enchanting is also the term for, uh, enchanting magical items. Not to be confused with the school of magic for enchantments. Sometimes that means giving it an enhancement, when you're talking about weapons/armor.

Then it'd be a construct, and still impervious.
