For the past few nights unusual sounds are rumored to be emanating from one of the rooms at Corwell's Boar Tusk Inn. There are vague notions that a strange foreign Elf is responsible for these, with hints of dark and forbidden spellcasting, exotic swordplay, and other dangerous faerie mischief being the cause. However the same Elf has been fairly generous with coin to local businesses and the innkeep, so complaints do not seem to have escalated out of control... yet.
The Elf was seen emerging from the inn earlier today and heading towards the docks, pausing to look over the various ships and boats awaiting passengers, as well as occasionally casting a gaze towards the nearby stables.
He seemed in no hurry to make a decision...
((pmed Aglaril's attempts to scry to DM, and waiting to see where we'll gather/end up for tonight session. I believe the DM is open to having moar PCs than are currently involved participate, but note that CR might be on the high-ish side due to the levels of the PCs currently involved. Also, final decision regarding participating probably needs to happen ICly with Thai's' consent))
