IC these notices will appear on a bulletin board in any tavern of your choosing, or market square. Please remember that posting high end magic gear for sale may/will make you an IC target!

To post state:

(1) the text of the message
(2) the in game MS location where it is posted

I recommend you might state the following:

(1) "[Crafted bows for sale], [Spell scrolls scribed], [Potions brewed], please see [PC name] at the [Location for transaction].
(2) Posted at the Red Stag, Boar's Tusk and Slippery Eel Inns in Corwell.

You must of course have been located IC at the location, or had a minion do the work of gettign there, and your PC must be able to read and write or have someone do it for them.
