Re: Info for Players on 011
Hi Teric,
From the tiny bit of exploration I've done, this place has a unique look and feel, good job.
I am going to suggest that the forum give a little bit more info on the towns, camps and whatnot though. Someone may glance at Soubar and say 'okay, sleepy village with a weird inn', not necessarily knowing that canonically it's full of scumbags. Maybe the moment a DM starts to narrate / work a plot in the region it becomes clear quickly. Same I guess goes for anyplace worth describing, to try to convey lawlessness or might is right or other types of themes some of these places have going for them.
Folks can always just google I guess too, but hey, hearing from the "horse's mouth" doesn't hurt either.

I hope it's OK for a suggestion here.
The encounter map triggers without any warning. Perhaps that's intent, but I definately prefer the TSM encounter alert off the travel map. "You hear guttoral snorts from the east and step off the road to ready yourself" kind of thing is helpful. ((If really difficult to put in then, don't worry about it though )).
So far having fun with new PC!

Point taken, but once you've had it happen once I guess you should know what's happening next time.dergon darkhelm wrote: The encounter map triggers without any warning. The way the encounter areas are set up should, however, give you enough time to sneak or buff if working properly.
