A Land Far Away

So, the tiles in there are SERIOUSLY teleporty. We all kept levitating like 100' up as we twisted through. Down side, it wouldn't let us shoot over the walls. We totally pwnz0r3d all your rats which were actually much easier than the RH spawns outside until the boss fight. 5 of us took that on OK as well. Then the chests....

2 DC 30ish chests (srsly, rats have DC 30 locksmiths?) and a DC 34 pchest (wtf, and we don't even have a DB for it to save to....). Anyhow, we busted all that crap open and maybe carried the PChest home - no loot. Alea has a DM Loot Note to split with Alacrity, Tragnar, Fell and Kalo. Hopefully it involves some XP loot too, since the rat spawns drop null now.

Then we tried to leave the warren - JEBUS EVERLOVING CTHULU!!!!! We seriously zerged your boss fight, but apparently the rats above were getting down with some Barry White. There were like 8 spawn camping the door when we left. Fortunately we're competent murder hoboes and expected it, but still it was tight.

An hour later we're down a PC1 and almost our new PC3 as like 6 Dire Rats have already grown up. I'd hoped killing their king would somewhat alleviate the menace. Apparently thare's rat viagra in them thar hills!

Damn! Craziness!

I hope he dropped a loot token! Chests have been crazy for me and I haven't been able to get them to work right. Did you get them open? Was there anything inside?

I also had a special bonus at the end I didn't have time to add in.

Damn you all are too fast for me! Will have to make the next dungeons tougher.

I borrowed the chest code/spawns from the thief quests and I think if you bust them open you get nada.

Despite a bit of glitchiness, we had a good time.

Can't tell you how happy I am to hear that. Let me pass this exam then will get new content in!

If you are all around this weekend I can dish out rewards! Would love to get everyone together for it.

I will be around. I think the tile in question is one particular tile-a cavern corner tile with a few stalagtites, although I cannot confirm that was the only one.

And yes, last night was a proper gathering for D&D. Quality folks all and a great time! Thanks again ayergo!
