This video was created by ALFA HDM Xerxes as a teaser for the Waterdeep server, ALFA 004.

You might also look at promoting ALFA in the Media section on the new Vault (as I did for Zwerkule's fabulous Medieval City tileset http://neverwintervault.org/video/medie ... -zwerkules).
