One wonders if this is going to be a cleric with a charisma dump stat, because look at that beard, or a charisma-based build, because look at that beard.

Or a cleric with very low dexterity, because that guy is two seconds from losing his footing on account of stupid ass pose. 
Or a cleric with very high dexterity, because that guy has some badass balancing skills.

BB makes a good point-- the other guy is in a pose more typical of a Rumple PC.
