Ok... heading in to the holidays. I'm working all through X-mas which means I'm stuck at home and able to play a fair bit.

But here are a couple I plan to be on for:

1) Wednesday the 21st "Happy Hour" ... that's 6pm to around 10 (max 11) pm US East.

2) Friday ... the usual. I should be able to be in game for a nice bit of fun usual (later) time.

I am on holidays until January 10th.

I play every day, my mornings, for at least 2-6 hours everyday. Sometimes longer.

I hope people can get in there, especially DMs - and I truly hope DMs don't mind DMing solo adventurers sometimes please?
There's just no one else on anymore.
And if not, then it really REALLY might be time to chuck it all in wouldn't it?

I mean wtf are we holding on to this place for? Isn't it so there's players... playing D&D... with DMs...? sigh!

Willjo was 4 months old, he was very very tough for a level 4, and very well equipped since the only thing he could do for months was solo mail runs and look forward to buying a new magic item from vendors every few weeks, and eventually he got geared...he died alone, 50xp from level 5 to a Shadow doing a routine Mail Run to Tempus Tears (for a 10gp reward, or is it 15gp?), walking on a road - jumped by a single random spawn Shadow. Was an epic disappointment. Shadows should be removed from those spawns by the way! There's no need! Put in Zombie hordes, but not Shadows...anything else really, rant over...

My new guy is now almost 4 months old, and 250xp from level 5. Pretty solid. Great gear (see "solo mail runs for months" above, since nothing else to do), and needs pals and DMs! Help ALFA! it shouldn't end like this.

Saw ChrisBarrow's back. A few others. Come on people, please play.

We have christmas at my house tonight with my wife's family. I'll try to log in as soon as everyone leaves, but it might be a while.

Well, Galadorn, I don't have that kind of patience to play alone all that time like that. I wrote those mail run statics, too. I DM'ed a few sessions with one guy on BG, but my Friday nights are busy. I made at least 10 level 1 PC's that I researched and made cool back stories only to be killed off doing statics and walking on roads exploring MS, getting jumped by bandits, street thugs, kobolds, and so on. The Frost Giant death was cool, I had fun and didn't mind dying because we were being DM'ed and RP'ing was awesome, but all the others, meh.

I can't even DM on the server I half built with Indio and DM'ed for months on before because someone who isn't active says no. I have all my messages and never have been sanctioned for anything here. I am not bitter, I just don't understand.

We built TSM to be played on in groups, not solo, and with a DM. I didn't put the Shadow there. Anyway, off to Baldur's Gate.

I know man, no one really should. I don't blame you. Also busy is busy, it's no problem at all.

The unfortunate key to surviving level 1-3 on ALFA these days (since there's no one around anymore to team up with), is to make a PC that can wear heavy armor, and use a shield right off the get go. Also helps to use your first level Feats towards defense and any spells you have defensive. Also, there are very many statics that do not involve combat on all 3 servers, that can very easily and quickly get you to level 2 in a few days.

As I've said so many times, i'm also very happy to escort (and supply :)) any new PCs anytime i'm on. My PC is the best bodyguard you could imagine up. He's lacking in no areas, including the very real fact: he's rich.

You not DMing where you want is just stupid. I am shocked and don't understand either.

If you're DMing on BG, i'd be very happy to play when you are DMing... but I've never seen you there! When you planning to DM? I thought you mentioned Saturday nights before? (your Saturday nights), which I believe links up perfectly with my biggest play day: my Sunday mornings....

Here's hoping.

And, I've been trying to get shad0wfax to help me out with a few things on BG for my new guy... but he's busy or asleep a lot... can you help me out?

i'm always around.....

I can probably put in some daytime hours both this weekend and next if there is interest from enough TSM players.

Post here if/when you think you might be able to game over the next two weekends,

Will try to do a couple sessions this week.

and plan at least one mid-day session this weekend, either sat or sun

Would like to get to a party of at least 3 pcs if possible.

I'm on call this weekend and have some family things as well, so don't count on me for the weekend. Unfortuntely, I'm having to take call tomorrow as well, so...who knows.
Talk less. Listen more.

I am home recuperating from double pneumonia, which totally sucks, and is why I have not been playing lately. Hit me this weekend like a ton of bricks. But I am on the mend and should be around for sessions this week/weekend.
